STATE assemblymen from Pakatan Rakyat in Perak may be enjoying various privileges, including funds to help out their constituents as they are now part of the ruling coalition, but this is not the case for the MPs.
Frustrated by the absence of such an allocation, Bukit Gantang MP Roslan Shahrum from PAS decided to set up a special fund, known as Tabung Prihatin Parlimen Bukit Gantang (Bukit Gantang Parliamentary Caring Fund).
