ALOR STAR: The High Court here dismissed with costs an election petition filed by PAS candidate Muhammad Sanusi Md Noor who wanted the court to investigate the 1,031 postal voters for the Belantek state seat.
Muhammad Sanusi lost to Barisan Nasional candidate Mohd Tajudin Abdullah in the March 8 general election by 252 votes. Tajudin polled 8,226 votes in the election.
