SINCE 2001, countries have been observing World Milk Day on June 1 as set by the United Nations' Food and Agricul-ture Organisation. This year, Malaysia joined in the celebrations with Dutch Lady Malaysia taking the lead and distributing some 50,000 milk packets throughout the country.
This was part of the company's Spread the Goodness of Milk campaign developed to promote milk consumption in Malaysia. As part of the campaign, four Dutch Lady milk convoys, including eight AMP radio cruisers form ERA, MIX, HITZ and MY FM, were flagged off from The Curve in Kuala Lumpur.
