The Treasure Blitz final monthly draw for central region homeowners was organised by the Mah Sing Group at Aman Perdana recently.
Some 400 homeowners from five of the group’s projects in the Klang Valley gathered for a fun-filled day of pleasant surprises and activities.
The Mah Sing Treasure Blitz was a buyer’s appreciation programme that rewarded customers with prizes worth over RM2mil over an eight-month nationwide campaign.
A total of 25 homeowners received prizes comprising the latest state-of-the-art home appliances and electronic devices. The first prize was won by Kumaran Sunnothy, 27, who lives at Sg Kapar, Klang, but signed up for a link semi-detached unit in Aman Perdana in February.
The prizes were selected to provide convenience, simplicity and style to fit fast-paced modern lifestyles and would help new homeowners ease investments on home appliances. Since the beginning of the programme, more than 300 homeowners have received prizes.
The grand prize of a Business Suite at Austin Perdana, Johor Baru, was given away last night and Tan Pia Choo, 68, the mother of prize winner Eng Poh Teik, picked up the keys on behalf of her son.
Mah Sing executive director Lim Kiu Hock said the programme had generated opportunities for interaction within the community.
He said the monthly draws had become events looked forward to by the neighbourhood and the large crowds at each event were proof of its popularity.
The Treasure Blitz programme will end with a premier draw tomorrow with the top prize of a lavish Kemuning Residence bungalow.
The event will take place at the Kemuning Village show village and will be on from 12.30pm to 4.30pm.
