KUANTAN: Tengku Mahkota Pahang Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah described those who did not care much about the safety and security of their neighbours as “mean people”.
“We should make it as part of our daily lives and culture to prevent crimes and give advise to our neighbours,” he said when opening a crime prevention seminar for secondary school students at a convention hall here recently.
