KUALA TERENGGANU: Malaysians should switch to tapioca and potatoes for their daily diet intake to address the shortage of rice faced by the global community.
Director-General of Institute ofStrategic and International Studies(ISIS) Malaysia, Dr MahaniZainal Abidin said tapioca andpotatoes are seen as the bestalternative to counter the increasingprice of rice.
