KUCHING: For the past 30 years or so, botanist Dr Paul Chai has been gathering information on medicinal plants found in Sarawak’s forests and their use by indigenous communities.
He has compiled the data into a 200-page book entitled Medicinal Plants of Sarawak, which describes 608 plant species used by 14 of the state’s ethnic communities.
