KUANTAN: Statistics show that Kuantan has the highest numbers of traffic offenders compared to other districts in the state.
State Road Transport Department director Datuk Zakaria Man confirmed this after operations conducted by the department indicated that the highest number of summonses was issued here for various traffic violations.
