KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah government is standing firm in its decision against the construction of a coal-fired plant at Silam in the east coast Lahad Datu district, Chief Minister Datuk Musa Aman said.
He said the state made the decision to ensure that pristine nature of nearby conservation areas such as the Danum Valley Maliau Basin and the Darvel Bay were preserved.
