HULU TERENGGANU: Three people drowned and seven others were injured when they were swept away by strong currents at the Sekayu Recreation Park waterfalls on Saturday.
Acting Hulu Terengganu OCPD ASP Shamsudin Yaakob said the dead were Sakina Mustaffa, 25, from Kampung Kuala Pueh, Kuala Berang, Tuan Basri Tuan Yusof, 23, from Chendering and Mohd Shukri Mamat, 27, from Kampung Rhu Renggeh, Marang.
