Sarawak launches turtle adoption scheme

SEMATAN: Nature lovers now have the opportunity to help in turtle conservation following the launch of a turtle adoption programme by Sarawak Forestry Corporation on April 30.

Sarawak Forestry managing director Datuk Len Talif Salleh said the programme would be conducted from May to September every year as part of efforts to protect wildlife and increase public awareness on conservation in the state.
