THAI kickboxing, which is arguably the top spectator sport in predominantly rural Kelantan, has now gained an international flavour where for the first time, foreign participants were brought in to fight here.
Kickboxers from Iran, Turkey and Afghanistan, together with professionals from Kuala Lumpur, competed in bouts of freestyle kickboxing at the Dewan Jubli Perak recently.
