THE upcoming Malaysian Press Night has brought together 22 public and private sector bodies to donate a total sum of RM205,500 for the event honouring excellence in journalism .
This year the Malaysian Press Awards has received 494 entries contesting in 13 categories including the “Hadiah Kajai” that will come with a cash prize of RM20,000, a gold medal and certificate. Petronas is sponsoring RM200,000 for the award prizes.
