THE Taman Selayang Jaya township in Selangor has become a cowboy town with double and triple parking and hawkers using carpark space to operate businesses.
According to Selayang Jaya MCA branch chairman Johnson Ooi, during the first week of the recently concluded general election, many residents there thought they could park their cars anyway they liked without paying parking fees.
