KUANTAN: Teruntum assemblyman Chang Hong Seong has revealed that a census by the district office showed there were 224 poor families, of which seven were non-bumiputra.
He said this recently at a celebration to usher in the Indian New Year organised by the East Pahang Hindu Telekom Workers Welfare Association.
