THE Selangor Economic Development Corporation’s (PKNS) plans to build 80 units of low-cost apartments and 192 units of medium-cost apartments at the Ulu Klang Recreation Centre (UKRC) could be done for as Hulu Kelang assemblyman Saari Sungib has come to the defence of UKRC.
Saari said that if the land needed to be developed, the plans must benefit the residents in the area.
