JOHOR BARU: Although they were from different countries with different backgrounds, the foreign students at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) got to know each other better when they celebrated the university’s International Week recently.
Some 1,400 students from China, Turkey, Iran, Republic of Kazakhastan, Sudan, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Sierre Leone, Somalia, Syrian Arab Republic, Thailand and Cameroon united to organise and celebrate the event held between March 26 and March 30.
