FORMER addicts in Kedah will now be given a second chance. They will get practical skills training upon release from rehabilitation centres.
Those released but remaining under the supervision of rehabilitation officers will undergo practical training at barbershops and car wash outlets under a special skills workshop by the Kuala Muda National Anti-Drug Agency (AADK) and Kuala Muda Drug Rehabilitation Committee (JKPD).
