ONLY the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin can appoint the Kuala Lumpur mayor and the City Hall Advisory Board members, Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Zulhasnan Rafique said.
He said the appointments were subject to the Federal Capital Act 1960 (Act 190) that is in force.
