ALOR STAR: The Muda Agriculture Development Authority (Mada) and the Kedah Drainage and Irrigation Department (DID) are studying ways to maximise water usage for padi farming.
Kedah Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid said this was included in phase two of the Mada development programme.
