A FOOD court built by the HuluSelangor District Council (MDHS)as a measure to control illegalhawking in Bukit Beruntung hasbecome the bone of contention betweenthe council and the residents ofthe area.
The residents are furious that the MDHS went ahead with construction of the six-stall food court at the busy Jalan Semarak 2D and 2B/2 area without consulting them or giving them any official notice.
