A TASKFORCE set up by the Kedah Chinese Assembly Hall (KCAH) has submitted an open letter to Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid (pic) to protest against the increase in quit rent in the state which took effect last year.
The group handed the letter, together with a petition of 120,000 signatures, to Mahdzir’s political secretary Ali Yahaya at Wisma Negeri in Alor Star yesterday.
