ROMPIN: The Wildlife Protection and National Parks Department seized wild boar meat weighing 561kg, 168 pieces of monitor lizard skins, one python and seven monitor lizards in separate raids at a shop here and a house in Endau, Johor, recently.
The seized items, which are protected under the Wildlife Protection Act 1972, were found in a steel drum and a refrigerator in front of the shop.
