PENANG: A 48-year-old man injured himself with a sharp pen cap in the magistrate's court here.
George Town OCPD Asst Comm Azam Abd Hamid said the man injured himself after he was charged in court under section 6(2)(d) of the Drug Addicts Act 1983 on Wednesday.
