RESIDENTS and shopowners at Taman Pusat Kepong are crying foul over the Kuala Lum-pur City Hall's (DBKL) decision to impose a 10% increase in assessment rates from next year.
They have received notices from the DBKL informing them that the increase will apply next year to the current annual assessment rate of RM240 to RM360 for residential units and RM1,680 for commercial units.
