JOHOR BARU: A total of 366 summonses have been issued in the first two days of Ops Sikap 13 in the state, while three bus ticket touts have been charged in court.
State Road Transport Department (JPJ) director Mohd Rosli Ramli said that most of the summonses were issued to motorists for not having valid driving licences.
