A RECENTLY constructed three-and-a-half-storey building along the two-and-a-half mile Jalan Cheras in Kuala Lumpur is giving neighbouring residents sleepless nights. They are worried and concerned about the safety of their houses.
The new building is constructed on a plot of land designated for a semi-detached single-storey house.
