PENANG: Commuters are having the last laugh as private bus operators engage in a ticket price war with Rapid Penang.
Two of the state's major private bus operators - Milan Travel Sdn Bhd and KGN-Hin Bus Sdn Bhd - have reduced their ticket prices since Rapid Penang started operations on July 31.
