KUANTAN: The public especially maritime community should contact the Malaysian Maritime En-forcement Agency (MMEA) eastern regional office in Indera Mahkota here dircecly to combat crime at sea as well as for search and rescue operations.
According to its enforcement head First Admiral Datuk Ismail Hamzah, MMEA had set up Mari-time Rescue Coordinating Centre (MRCC) at all its five regional offices including in Kuantan while the head office was located in Putrajaya.
