THE Ramadan promotion at the Taman Sari Brasserie in Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur is a melting pot of Asian, Mediterranean and Western cuisine.
The promotion rotates with eight menus and features a rather wide range of live action cooking stations.
Chef Mohd Ridzuan Abd Malek said there were about 12 stations offering various local food such as fried Koay Teow, Satay and seafood.
“Live cooking stations are good as guests can enjoy food cooked on the spot for them and at the same time, we can also prevent wastage,” he said.
For the appetizers, the variety includes gado-gado, tauhu sumbat, lemang, and serunding.
Choices of main dishes range from Nasi Kandar dishes to Nyonya Sambal Prawns, Asam Pedas Daging with Bunga Kantan, Rendang Hati Lembu and more.
Must-try desserts are the bread and butter pudding, apple and blueberry crumble.
Fifteen types of fresh fruits are also available.
Guests can also enjoy live Ghazal performance by Kumpulan Seri Mewah at the lounge.
The promotion is priced at RM89++ per adult and RM50++ per child below 12 years old.
