THE way to a mans heart, it is said, is through his stomach. And, multi-award-winning chef Lee Mun Chun thinks this applies even in a wider scope, as good food can also result in many a tourist falling in love with a country.
Lees ambition is to take Malaysian food to the world so that it attracts people from around the world to Malaysia. The dishes he created for the many international competitions in which he took part had a strong Malaysian identity that never failed to amuse the judges.
