LORRIES laden with building refuse are dumping their loads on private plots of land in Gombak, near Taman Sri Gombak.
Some 150 to 200 lorries go through neighbourhood roads from 8am to 7pm daily to dump building and industrial refuse like concrete, wood and plastics.
