CHINESE entrepreneurs are keen to seek investment opportunities in Penang, said Penang Xiamen Friendship Association (PXFA) president Datuk Dr Kang Chin Seng.
China had been achieving rapid economic growth over the years and businessmen there were now looking for offshore investments, he added.
