THE upgrading work on the Federal Route from the Bukit Tengah roundabout to the Juru dam was delayed when utility companies undertaking work along the stretch failed to co-ordinate among themselves, leading to massive traffic jams.
The Central Seberang Prai Public Works Department (JKR) meanwhile has assured motorists that work on the RM38mil project which was supposed to be ready in December this year had resumed.
