WHEN the Seremban Half Marathon (SHM) is held at the NS Padang in Seremban on July 15, the organisers are again expecting foreign participants.
SHM patron Tunku Naquiyud-din Tuanku Ja'afar said just like in the past years, they were expecting participants from Kenya, Singapore, Thailand and India.
