KEPALA BATAS: A 31-year-old assistant engineer was killed after he crashed his car into the rear of a stationary trailer at a rest and recreation area of the North-South Expressway here.
North Seberang Perai OCPD Asst Comm Wan Abdullah Tuanku Said said Abdul Rafi Abdul Rahman died instantly in the 6.50am accident at the Kuala Muda rest and recreation area near Bumbung Lima.
