KUANTAN: Broadband Internet access will be expanded here soon as the Pahang government intends to spend RM50mil to extend the current limited access.
According to State Science, Innovation, Information and Information Technology Committee chairman Datuk Mohd Sharkar Shamsuddin, the project would be jointly undertaken by the state government-linked Pahang Technology Resources Sdn Bhd and a telecommunication company, yet to be chosen.
