POLICE are tracing the owner of a scooter believed to have been used by one of the thugs who attacked the Penang Municipal Council enforcement office at Jalan Kampung Jawa Baru, Penang, with molotov cocktails.
A police spokesman said they were checking the registration number of the machine to identify and get the owner to assist in investigations.
