VINNO Neo was crowned the Miss Queensbay Paros (Penang Auto and Road Safety Show) at the preview of the Miss Paros 2007 beauty pageant at Queensbay on Wednesday.
The 19-year-old student, who aspires to be an air stewardess, won the subsidiary title. Twelve finalists took part in the preview.
