RAINS that caused havoc over the past week in and around Klang have raised concerns over the effectiveness of the Klang Municipal Council (MPK) in meeting the needs of taxpayers.
Consumer Association of Klang (CAK) president Devadass Anjan said residents wonder if their assessment payments are worth it in the face of basic services not being offered.
