PARTICIPANTS of Cheer 2007 can lookforward to tasty food, as the fast foodchain McDonald's has signed up as oneof the prize sponsors for the country’s premierinter-school cheerleading competition.
“Cheerleading is something which is exciting for teens, it builds their confidence and encourages teamwork,” Golden Arches corporate communications manager Fartini Zaharuddin said when presenting gift vouchers worth RM5,000 to The Star's StarTwo/Clove assistant editor Beverley Hon.
