AS a curtain raiser to the Penang International Dragon Boat Festival (PIDBF) 2007 to be held at the Teluk Bahang Dam from June 8 to June 10, a racing competition just for Penang teams will be held at the venue tomorrow.
A total of 28 teams from various schools, clubs and the corporate sector will take part in the races to be held from 8am to 6.30pm.
