MANY have dreamt of becoming a millionaire but only a few have their dreams come true.

But this month, everyone stands a chance to realise that dream and go home at the end of the year as a millionaire.

All they need to do is to take part in the Vitagen/Marigold RM1,000,000 Mania Challenge

Held in conjunction with Vitagen's 30th anniversary, the contest will run from today to Nov 30.

“We have been organising various contest before but this is the first time we are holding a contest at this scale. This is our way of saying thanks to our loyal customers,” said Contra Enterprises Sdn Bhd deputy general manager Michael Ong.

Contra Enterprises is the distributor of Vitagen and Marigold.

Ong was speaking at the launch of the contest in Petaling Jaya recently.

To enter the contest, one needs to fill up a form with barcodes from Vitagen or Marigold products as proof of purchase.

Each entry requires a minimum 20 points from purchase with one point for a 125ml Vitagen to four points for a Peel Fresh sweetened creamer 1.89 litres.

“They can submit as many entry as they want to stand a chance of winning the monthly RM200 prizes or accumulate all the proof of purchase and send them as one entry. The top 30 entries with the highest proof of purchase points accumulated each month will automatically win RM500 each,” Ong said.

He added that every month throughout the period, a total of 600 winners would walk away with RM200 each with 180 more monthly winners who submitted the highest proof of purchase point receiving RM500 each.

Thirty finalists (five from each month) will compete in a live event at a venue to be confirmed in December. The finalists will compete in various activities and games in a knockout system until a single finalist remains.

“Basically, the finals will require the grand prize winner to perform the final task and if he or she manages to complete it, then he or she will walk out with the RM1mil. Otherwise he or she will receive the RM50,000 as grand prize winner,” Ong said.

“The venue and details of the finals will not be revealed as it will include an element of surprise for the contestants,” he said, adding that names of the monthly winners would be announced in the media.
