Hospital to honour cancer survivors

THE Mount Miriam Hospital in Penang will soon have its very own ‘Survivors Garden’ in honour of cancer survivors who had shown courage and determination while battling the disease.

The hospital’s chief executive officer Tan Seang Aun said yesterday the garden would be planted with sunflowers to aptly reflect the strong, cheerful and resilient life-style of the survivors.
