Telekom Malaysia Bhd invested a total of RM80mil to set up its four call centres in the country, including the latest one in Komtar which was launched yesterday by Penang Chief Minister Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon.
Its group chief executive officer Datuk Abdul Wahid Omar said the bulk of the expenses went into the IT system.
