KUANTAN: There will be less floods in several housing estates along Jalan Teluk Sisek here with the completion of a flood mitigation project by the middle of next year.
Kuantan MP Datuk Fu Ah Kiow said some 25,000 people were affected by floods during the monsoon season yearly due to the narrow culverts.
