THE RM4mil Jalan Tunku Kudin slip road leading to the Jelutong Expressway will be opened to the public in the middle of next month.
The road will give access to those coming from Tesco Hypermarket, e-Gate commercial centre and nearby areas to go to George Town and Bayan Baru without having to negotiate the Gelugor roundabout.
