SPRINTER Mohd Ashraf Ahmad Affendy of SMK Tunku Anum (Kubang Pasu district) smashed two Class One sprint records in the Kedah Schools 48th Athletics Champion-ships at the Langkawi Mini Stadium recently.
He shaved a tenth of a second off the seven-year-old 100m record to win in a new time of 11.0s and then rewrote the 200m record of 22.8s with a new time of 22.4s for a grand double.
