CHANGES to incentives offered under the Selangor government’s move to legalise illegal factories have been proposed.
Councillors at the Kajang Municipal Council full board meeting on Wednesday proposed that factory buildings erected before Jan 1, 2005, be taken into account, to enable them to enjoy land premium discounts.
