RESIDENTS living near the Kubang Badak open landfill in Batang Berjuntai have a reason to smile now as the site has been closed permanently from this month.
State executive councilor Datuk Ch’ng Toh Eng said this when visiting the landfill with Works Minister Datuk Seri S Samy Vellu.
